Inset Stoves

Inset stoves are built into a chimney breast or hearth leaving just the front of the stove showing. Inset stoves can sometimes be installed in a hearth that originally had an open fire, without a great deal of building work, although the chimney/flue will usually require lining. An inset stove installer may need to remove a section of your chimney breast above the stove to gain access to the flue pipe in order to complete proper installation.
